Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the PDANexus website, RFQ tools and supplier network.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Operator of PDANexus

PDANexus is operated by SATARA LOGISTICS, SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA UNIPERSONAL ("Satara Logistics, S.L.U."), NIF B88780663.

Full corporate identification and contact details are available in the Legal Notice.

2. What PDANexus does

PDANexus is a maritime sourcing, matching and communication platform. It allows business users to submit requests for maritime services and enables PDANexus to identify and contact suppliers whose declared port coverage and capabilities may match those requirements.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, PDANexus does not itself provide the requested local maritime service and is not a party to any service contract ultimately entered into between a requester and a supplier.

3. Business use

PDANexus is intended for professional and business use in the maritime sector. By submitting an RFQ or supplier application, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the company or organisation you identify.

4. Requests for quotation

Requesters are responsible for providing accurate, complete and sufficiently detailed information about the required service, location, timing, vessel and any operational constraints that may affect a supplier's response.

PDANexus may route the request to selected suppliers based on the information available to the platform. Submission of an RFQ does not guarantee that any supplier will respond, that a particular service will be available, or that a quoted price or operational proposal will ultimately be accepted.

5. Supplier applications

Suppliers may apply to join the PDANexus network by providing company details, port coverage, service capabilities and other relevant information. PDANexus may review, verify, request clarification, approve or reject an application.

Submission of an application does not by itself create a right to network membership or to receive RFQs. Supplier network membership is a paid service unless PDANexus expressly offers a trial or promotional period. For published fixed-price plans, the first-year membership payment is collected when the application is submitted. Global applications are quoted individually and payment is collected after the supplier accepts the custom quotation. The applicable plan, coverage limits, first-year price, automatic renewal price and cancellation terms are presented before payment.

6. Supplier responses and contracts

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and commercial validity of their responses, quotations, availability, licences, certifications and ability to perform the services they offer.

Requesters remain responsible for evaluating supplier responses and deciding whether to enter into a contract. Any resulting contract, payment obligation, operational performance or dispute between a requester and supplier is between those parties unless PDANexus has expressly accepted a different role in writing.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use PDANexus to submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive requests; attempt to access restricted systems or data; interfere with the platform; upload malicious content; or misuse contact details or confidential commercial information obtained through the service.

8. Intellectual property

The PDANexus name, visual identity, website design, platform content and software are owned by or licensed to the PDANexus operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual-property rights to users. Users retain responsibility for materials they submit and grant PDANexus the permissions reasonably necessary to process, store and transmit those materials for the requested service.

9. Platform availability and third-party information

PDANexus may change, suspend or maintain parts of the platform from time to time. Supplier profiles, port coverage and service information may originate from third parties, and PDANexus does not guarantee that all such information will always be complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the PDANexus operator is not responsible for losses arising solely from a requester's or supplier's commercial decision, a third-party supplier's failure to perform, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or events outside PDANexus's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Information about the technologies used on the website is available in the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

PDANexus may update these Terms when the platform, business model or applicable legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes between professional or business users and the PDANexus operator, the courts of Sevilla, Spain, will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
